Oltre Leyl (contact: [email protected]) is the data controller for this site.
This site uses Cloudflare for security and performance, which sets essential cookies necessary to keep the site working and protected from abuse — these run regardless of consent (legitimate interest).
We keep no tracking data on your device. The site stores a couple of short-lived entries in your browser's session storage — for example to remember that you already entered the access password — and they disappear when you close the tab. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker anywhere on this site.
“Reserve Your Spot” links to an external Google Form. Anything you submit there — name, contact details, RSVP info — is collected directly by Google and governed by Google's own privacy policy, not stored by us. We only see what you choose to submit, for the purpose of processing your reservation.
The venue map is embedded from Google Maps. Loading it sends your IP address to Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Tickets are sold through Xceed, an independent ticketing platform. When you buy there, the name, contact and payment details you enter go to Xceed under its own privacy policy — we never see your card or payment information. Whatever Xceed makes available to us as the organiser is used only to run that night's door, and for nothing else.
Where a booking or sign-up form is hosted on this site rather than by Google, what you enter is stored in our own database (Supabase, on EU servers) and we hold it ourselves. We use it only to organise the event and to reply to you, keep it only as long as that takes, and delete it whenever you ask — write to [email protected].
At our events you can share your own photos through a page opened with a QR code. Before anything leaves your phone, your browser resizes each photo and re-encodes it, which strips the embedded location and device data. We receive the image only — not where it was taken or with what.
Uploaded photos and their review status are stored with Supabase, acting as our processor, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Nothing is published automatically: every photo waits in a private queue until we look at it.
Photos we approve are published on the From You page, which is public — anyone with the link can view and save them. Photos we reject are deleted from both the database and the storage, and never appear anywhere.
Please upload only photos you took yourself. Photos from a night usually show other guests: if you appear in a published photo and want it gone, email [email protected] and we will remove it, no explanation needed.
We also work with a photographer at our events, and some nights are filmed. What is shot during the night is published on the Memories and Videos pages, which are public — anyone with the link can view and save it. This material is commissioned by us rather than sent in by guests, but it shows the same room and the same people: if you appear in a photo or a video and would rather not, email [email protected] and we will take it down, no explanation needed.
We keep reservation data only as long as needed to organize the event, then it's deleted. Published photos stay in the gallery as a record of that night until you ask us to take them down. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
